Sessions are provided virtually to anyone in California. In-office sessions and nature therapy is available to anyone in the Los Angeles area. Office location is in South LA. Nature therapy location can be Griffith Park, Lower Arroyo Park, or Ernest Debs Park.

My standard rate is $250 per 50-minute session.

Insurance has strict guidelines on the type of therapy, length of treatment, and goals to focus on. Insurance also requires diagnosis and access to records. In order to provide you with a completely confidential and personalized experience free of limitations imposed by managed care, I am not in-network with any insurance. I am considered an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit for potential reimbursement. Call your insurance to verify if your plan qualifies for out-of-network coverage.

I meet with clients on a weekly or bi-monthly (every other week) basis. The work I do is considered depth work and it is not for everyone. Depth work is best facilitated in a slow and consistent pace to restore safety in the body.
