“Our bodies hold the stories of all that we experience, stories that remain embedded, often outliving their use and truth. Fully witnessing them is no easy feat, but it can be revolutionary when we are able to do so.”
- Jennifer Patterson

We hold so much grief throughout our lives, from childhood to now. Grief related to trauma, death, life transitions, change, and loss of any kind. Many of us have been conditioned to minimize the importance of witnessing the impact of grief on our bodies.
This group is meant to help you learn how to process grief in your body through breathwork and somatic processing.
Gen and I are grief and loss specialist and we have witnessed people in their grief for years, we have also witnessed how difficult it is for folx to feel their grief. We are body-centered therapists, meaning that we honor our body’s knowledge and ability to help us process. We created this group to help you reconnect with your body and honor your grief.
This group is a safe space to show up as you are and wherever you are in your human journey. There will be space to share experiences, but sharing is not required. We honor everyone’s unique process.
This group includes:
(4) Two-hour groups to practice honoring and connecting to your body through ceremony, music, journaling, visualizations, and breathwork.
Investment:
The investment for each week is $40 and the group will be held via Google Meets on Mondays, April 18, 25 & May 2, 9 from 6-8 PM (PST).
