Together we will navigate multiple body-scans to get to the root of your stress (anxiety), exhaustion (depression), and fears (c-ptsd). I’ll guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel safe to take the next step to feel confident and whole again.

Body-Centered Tarot

Tarot as a therapeutic tool helps you connect to your body through imagery, symbolism, and synchronicity. Tarot in psychotherapy is not fortune-telling or mind-reading. We can use tarot in therapy to help you express things you have difficulty sharing such as memories, thoughts, and emotions. It’s a fun way to move from anxious thoughts to inner wisdom. Ultimately, tarot can help you build that relationship with your body.

Body-Centered Spirituality

I believe spirituality is a journey you define, and feeling grounded in your body strengthens your relationship to spirit, god, or a higher power of your choice. However, building a relationship with your body is not easy if you have a traumatic past, which makes it challenging to connect to anything spiritually. Acknowledging your wounds with somatic therapy opens your connection to your higher self and your spiritual world.
